They did this course because they know that compsci types prefer interacting with protocols and such rather than people. Must admit its also one of the reasons I dont make more money than I do; so now I make it less of a challenge - rather than get work off the business owner i get it off the client of the business man - the pr / ad / media company. That way the channel is already known and you dont have to work in their way at the business man's office. Not are people communicating with different mediums now, they're also using different types of messages than we are used to.
